Cammie x Vincent Puppies ~ 3 Weeks

It’s pupdate time!  Oh my gosh, how I love this puppy toddler period.  This is their “meet the world” stage of development, they’re curious about everything.  I get absolutely no work done around the house these days….I’m having too much fun snuggling my munchkins and watching their antics.  What an awesome way to spend a day right!  🙂  They’re all really starting to master the art of walking so we’ve started them using a puppy wee pad tray for intro to housetraining 101.  They are “getting it” already!  Smart puppers!  Today’s photo shoot was a tad challenging already….trying to corral puppies and take pictures.  Whew!  We’re ALL ready for a nap! 🙂  We did our first grooming duty this weekend with trimming nails and everyone was pretty brave about it really.  We had a couple of “protestors,” but not too bad at all for first timers! 🙂

Cammie x Vincent Puppies ~ Two Weeks

Our little darlings are starting to open their eyes this week!  Soon their ear canals will be open and they’ll be able to hear.  We’ve been been playing “spa” music in the nursery for momma Cammie, but this week we’ll switch to classical for the puppies.  From there, we’ve a really fun CD that contains all the “sounds of life” on it, so the pups will be exposed to sounds and noises they’ll hear as they grow up.  Some of the sounds include trains, car horns, babies crying…(gotta love that one!) and many others.

The puppies’ days consist of eating and sleeping….more sleeping and eating and in between, lots of cuddles and love from us.  What a great life right??  🙂  They’re all scooting around the whelping pen faster by the day and when the milk bar’s open, look out, they’re moving to mom at warp speed….each one jockies for the best position!

Cam’s starting to wander out of the nursery to join the family and kind of get a break from the babies…all the while frequently checking back in on her precious little ones!

Cammie x Vincent Puppies ~ 1 Week

We know how anxious everyone is to get these first week pictures, so we’re posting a day early.  Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!   We’ve gotten all our new babies and momma Cammie settled in and are having fun getting to know each puppy with lots of cuddles and kisses.  The coats of our puppies are like velvet, just amazing!!  Many of our puppies have the most charming white markings as either little dots on their heads or feet with a splash of white on their chest, much like Daddy Vincent!  They’re all gaining weight nicely and no wonder….they’re all constantly camped out at the milk bar.  🙂  I’ve never seen such an attentive Mom as our Cammie though.  Any little crying she hears from her puppies, she’s right there to see what the issue is…..so cute!  Very soon their eyes will be open and they’ll try to get up and walk which is hilarious to watch as they tumble and do barrel rolls!  🙂

Here are our chubby little babes at one week.  Thanks for taking a peek at our “puppets” as our friend Mary affectionately calls them.  All our  puppies have lovely families waiting for them!

Cammie x Vincent Puppies Are Here !!

Puppy news!!!  How exciting and fun!!  The Easter Bunny came a bit early and we found 8 stunning Cammie puppies in our basket!!  🙂  Yes, Cammie had 8 stunning puppies in the wee hours of yesterday morning!  We were blessed with 5 beautiful girls and 3 handsome boys.  Colors include lovely shades of cream and rich caramel/red.  Their coats will be awesome with some having curly fleece and others more wavy fleece.  Actually we had one unexpected extra puppy so we are accepting one additional reservation at this time!  If interested, please contact me at vickityson@comcast.net.  Thanks so much!Getting back to our news…..Cammie and Vincent outdid themselves with this stunning litter!  These pups are to die for!  Cam is an incredibly good momma and so attentive to her babies.  I have to coax her out of the whelping pen with treats so she can take a break from her nursing duties….she’s like, no way, I’m staying here with my babies and that’s the way it is!! 🙂

We’ve started the early neurological stim exercises with them already and in the weeks to come, we’ll be working on socializing them and the best part, loving, cuddling and spoiling them to pieces!  🙂
